A jacket with the jeans would be great, no tennis shoes I would imagine. Dress more formally as to type of music your concert entails. Jazz, rock or classical, all would seem to indicate a look. Currently in LA, people wear shorts on a hot Sunday afternoon to Walt Disney Hall and The LA PHIL. But to my mind, look out of place there, wearing that. I hope this helps.
