After the ticket hall there are (I think) 4 stretches of steps before you reach the top. The third stretch (up to the carillon mechanism) is the longest stretch and it’s about 150 steps. The final stretch between the mechanism and the top is the steepest and narrowest but it’s only about 50 steps so not too much.
