A source said Kelly Osbourne had promised her late dad, Black Sabbath icon Ozzy Osbourne, that she wouldn't 'crumble in public' and would instead celebrate his life as he wanted

The city of Birmingham announced that Ozzy Osbourne — who died at 76 on Tuesday, July 22 — will be honored with a funeral procession in his hometown on Wednesday, July 30. The Black Sabbath frontman died two weeks after his final performance.

Osbourne died on Tuesday at 76, just weeks after he and Black Sabbath performed at their farewell Back to the Beginning concert earlier in July.
