Two days after a catastrophic aircraft accident at Bangor International Airport, investigators from the FAA and NTSB continue their initial investigation while the remains of all six people aboard remain on the aircraft.
The FAA said two crew members and four passengers were on board. The airport said it planned to provide a more detailed update Tuesday afternoon.
PORTLAND (WGME) – An aviation expert believes the way the aircraft went down in Sunday night’s crash in Bangor was unusual. Randy Klatt with the Foundation for Aviation Safety says the plane was inverted when it crashed while still within airport boundaries, something he says is not typical.
