"Peacemaker" Season 2, on HBO Max Thursday, confirms John Cena's R-rated superhero has a place in James Gunn's new film and TV universe of DC Comics characters.

Peacemaker Season 2 (Episodes 6–8) has substantial storyline developments. In an interview with entertainment journalist Brandon Davis, James Gunn said that he is holding the next three episodes of Peacemaker Season 2--episodes 6 to 8--"close to the chest" to avoid spoilers.
