Justin Fields had an excellent practice, moving around well in and out of the pocket while showing strong chemistry with Garrett Wilson and Mason Taylor at different points on a run of 12 straight completions. The defense got some pressure on Fields, but was a little lax in coverage, with receivers consistently open.

Cameron's logic checks out. In Fields' previous two seasons as a full-time starter, he easily cleared 625 rushing yards, including a historic 1,143 as a sophomore in 2022. Fields should have a long leash as the Jets' starter in 2025, and expect the Jets to tap into his scrambling ability.
