The official cause of death has been determined for Deadliest Catch deckhand Todd Meadows. According to his death certificate obtained by TMZ, Meadows died from “drowning with probable hypothermia” and “submersion of body in cold water”.

Todd Meadows, 25, died on February 25 after falling overboard while working on the fishing vessel Aleutian Lady in the Bering Sea.
