Prior to the release of Windows Server 2012, WSUS was a separate download. In Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2, WSUS is included with the Windows Server operating system.
If so, how do I initiate the restore? Get the windows server 2012 R2 iso on a USB stick and boot from that and then the typical "repair OS" route which hopefully will find the backup location?
