According to the National Hurricane Center, rainfall associated with Imelda will continue to impact eastern Cuba and the Bahamas through Tuesday, which will likely produce flash and urban flooding.

Humberto remained a powerful Category 4 storm in the Atlantic early on Monday and a Tropical Storm Watch was in effect for Bermuda, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.

Heavy rainfall was expected from Florida to the eastern Carolinas starting early next week, with 6 to 10 inches of precipitation possible, it said.
