IHDA has received nearly 81,000 completed ILRPP applications to date. That includes renters and landlords in 100 of Illinois' 102 counties requesting over $774 million in rental assistance.

Tenants and landlords can receive up to $10,000 in rental assistance per eviction case. This is a reduction from last year’s $15,000 ceiling when the program was better funded.
