Kid Rock had a rock star-sized meltdown at Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan's birthday party. Rock, aka Robert James Ritchie of Detroit, stormed off stage during a performance of “Proud Mary” at the JBJ Nashville nightclub Feb. 8, complaining that audience members weren't clapping along. The trouble started early.
