It's that time of year again! 2K has announced today that WWE 2K26 will be releasing for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with PS5, Switch 2 and PC) on March 13th, 2026, and it's packed with a ton of new features.

2K has to come up with ways to set each new WWE game apart from the one that came before it. In 2025, one of the ways it did that was via the introduction of a new game mode called The Island. A mode that didn't win over everybody, but despite that, it sounds like The Island will return, with a twist, in WWE 2K26.

WWE 2K26 has dropped a fresh teaser video, hinting at major Shawn Michaels and D-Generation X content for the upcoming game.
