The filing period for the 2024 Montana Property Tax Rebate opens on Friday. It will remain open through Oct. 1.

On Friday, the application window will open for Montana homeowners to claim a one-time rebate on their property taxes.

To qualify for the rebate, taxpayers must have owned and lived in their home for at least seven months and paid property taxes on the residence in 2024.
