Voters in Virginia will elect a governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general in the November 4 election, less than two weeks away.
Over 1.4 million early votes were cast in Virginia as of Nov. 2, which is almost 300,000 more than the 2021 election, according to data from the Virginia Public Access Project.
Beals also noted a polling location change in Newport News, Virginia, after a driver crashed their vehicle into a planned voting location at Ivy Farms Community of Faith Church over the weekend. The building was condemned, and the polling location was moved to South Morrison Family Education Center.
