A casket left abandoned in Upper Marlboro became what Councilmember Calvin Hawkins ranked as "among the top five unbelievable constituent calls " that he ever responded to Thursday.

Prince George’s County at large Councilman Calvin Hawkins has many questions. A resident notified him around 8 a.m. Thursday morning to let him know about the mysterious casket.
