Microsoft has broken Windows Hello facial recognition - MSN
The newest revision of Windows Hello Face requires a color camera to authenticate logins in addition to the use of IR sensors, somewhat limiting the function's usability in low-light scenarios.
Windows Hello is acting up after Microsoft's last patch. If your PC doesn't recognize your face, it might need a little kick with this workaround.
