Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams identified penalties and red zone scoring as key issues for the offense. The Bears settled for field goals on two early red zone drives in their 30-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Williams threw for 285 yards but had no touchdowns and a costly interception against the Ravens.
Williams’ evaluation of the interception was different than that of coach Ben Johnson, which was appropriate, given how out of sorts the Bears’ offense looked against the worst defense in the league.
