Oregon opens spring practice Thursday and several players can gain or lose ground on the depth chart over the next six weeks.

Oregon added former Ole Miss safety Jadon Canady to the roster, picking up a veteran defensive back who has shown some versatility in the secondary and could be used in multiple places in Eugene.

Per reports Monday from On3's Hayes Fawcett, Ole Miss Rebels transfer defensive back Jadon Canady has committed to Oregon, giving the Ducks and coach Dan Lanning their 10th portal commit this cycle.

Canady spent two seasons at Ole Miss with 14 appearances and 11 starts (all in 2024). In 12 games this past year, Canday recorded 38 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, and 12 pass breakups.
