Landon Dickerson has been sidelined after meniscus surgery, leaving the Eagles without their three-time Pro Bowl lineman.

Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a knee injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday. He arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.
