A man was arrested early Thursday for allegedly slashing a man’s face during an argument in New Haven. Officers at 12:16 a.m. responded to the intersection of Temple Street and Chapel Street on the report of a stabbing and located a suspect and a man who said his face was slashed, according to the New Haven Police Department.
