The Rams are moving forward with their plan to trade Matthew Stafford as the Giants and Raiders emerge as favorites to land the QB.

According to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer, the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers and Las Vegas Raiders have all expressed a desire to acquire Stafford.
