Cleveland wrapped up a long search by hiring Todd Monken as its next head coach, after parting ways with two-time Coach of the Year Kevin Stefanski. Monken has been coaching for almost four decades across college and the NFL.

One big reason the Browns reportedly hired Monken as their HC was hope related to Monken possibly helping Sanders become a long-term starting quarterback for the franchise.
