The dilapidated Edge of Lowry apartment complex in Aurora, which fueled claims of a gang take over in parts of Aurora after video of armed men went viral last year, shut down Tuesday morning.
The Moreno-Rey family said they're grateful to settle into their new apartment after dealing with constant issues at the infamous Edge of Lowry complex.
