The contest will end April 30. Posters will be judged May 1 by a panel of three judges. On May 2, the winner along with the participants will be honored in a school assembly, according to the release.

On Monday, Feb. 17, the Valley View/Tri-Valley Lions Club hosted the winners and their families of the 2024-2025 Peace Poster Contest for dinner and presentation of their certificates.

Each year, Lions Clubs International sponsors a Peace poster contest for youth ages 11-13. Worldwide, about 350,000 students submit entries to the contest.
