Former Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is leading Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani by double digits in the New York

The Marist survey suggests that Andrew M. Cuomo is still the favorite to win the Democratic primary, but his advantage over Zohran Mamdani is dwindling.

A Marist poll found that 38 percent of likely voters selected Cuomo as their first choice, virtually the same level of support he had in a previous survey in May. Mamdani has 27 percent of support, up from 18 percent last month.
