Priscilla Presley posted a tribute to her late former husband, Elvis Presley, on Aug. 16, the 48th anniversary of his death.

Priscilla Presley's attorney has released a statement after she was sued by former business partners who allege she hastened daughter Lisa Marie Presley's death so she could take control over Elvis Presley's financial estate.

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko filed the lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Among many other allegations, they say Presley used them to financially exploit her name, image and likeness, hiding the fact that she had sold those rights decades earlier.
