Almost all tickets were snapped up within an hour of going on sale at midnight Thursday ET, prompting a resale market of as high as $300 to $400, sources tell THR.

The film is slated to hit theaters on July 17, 2026. It will star Matt Damon as Odysseus, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Jon Bernthal and more.

In some theatres in the US, The Odyssey tickets were sold out within minutes of them going on sale. The first weekend tickets are fully sold out, showing the unprecedented enthusiasm there is for the movie even before its teaser or trailer has been released.
