The film and television giant will turn its cable networks, including CNN and TNT, into one company and its streaming and studios business into another.

Warner Bros. Discovery has fallen further into junk status after announcing it will split its Global Networks and Studios & Streaming businesses into two separate companies by mid-2026, all while securing a $17.

The new Streaming & Studios company will include DC Studios and HBO, while Global Networks will include CNN and TNT.
