Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of dangling a person over an apartment balcony and of coercing two additional women into commercial sex acts in an expanded indictment federal prosecutors filed against him Thursday.

A superseding indictment filed January 30 lists two new sex-trafficking victims, the New York Times reports, along with the previous victim from the initial September 2024 indictment. The new indictment features no new charges.
