The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has made two arrest in connection to the death of a woman in fowntown Las Vegas.

Hope Ritter, 29, was found in her car Saturday morning near Fremont and Las Vegas Boulevard with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, the coroner’s office said. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said Ritter and a friend were in the car talking when two men walked past them and shot inside the car. Ritter was pronounced dead at the scene.
