Tommy Tuberville, and other members of the GOP have been calling for Newsom’s arrest since he claimed the federal government was overstepping its bounds when Trump activated the National Guard to maintain order in Los Angeles after riots erupted in response to ICE raids targeting undocumented immigrants.
