Andrew Dominik-directed film, featuring never-before-seen footage and performances from U2 singer's Beacon Theatre residency, arrives May 30

U2 frontman Bono is teaming with Apple Original Films for the forthcoming documentary Bono: Stories of Surrender, which will premiere May 30 on Apple TV+. Directed by Andrew Dominik, the project is based on Bono’s memoir Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story and the one-man theater tour he staged in support of it.

"Bono: Stories of Surrender," a new documentary based on the U2 frontman's memoir, will debut on Friday, May 30 on Apple TV+. The new documentary is "a bold and lyrical visual exploration of Bono’s one-man show by the same name" and the accompanying book/theatre tour,

The movie will also be the first feature-length vilm to be available on Apple Vision Pro in Apple Immersive Video.
