If some ones trash talking in Norms just laugh and mute them. If it really bugs you try to build a friends list of people who you enjoy playing with and remove toxic teammates completely from your gameplay as a result.

May 19, 2022 · Muting people will never stop them from being toxic. Calling them out for being toxic isn't going to stop them initially either. But if the toxic folks encounter more and more people who are calling them out / kicking them from groups / telling them they're being reported / etc., then maybe those people will start changing their behavior.
