Did you catch the showdown on the Eagle Cam this morning? At around 10:42am, a juvenile eagle of 4-5 years entered the nest and accosted the Eagle Cam resident eagle that was guarding the egg, laid 1/17. The incubating parent appeared to be agitated and alert for ~5 minutes before the intruder was spotted on camera. The parent calls for the mate, but the mate doesn't come.
