I made some jerk tilapia Escovich style baked sweet Potato with a marshmallow fluff topping my mom has some leftover northern beans that she made Pennsylvania style with ham so I broke those down added some jerk seasoning, some spicy tomato sauce, as well as some habanero hot sauce and made it taste more like Jamaican butterbeans only thing missing was a pineapple ginger beer this was delicious 🇯🇲"
