I was humbled and honoured to attend Tamil Genocide Remembrance Day commemorations in Toronto. All three levels of governments in Canada came together to remember the innocent lives lost in Mullivaikkal during the height of the Tamil genocide. I want to acknowledge and recognize the incredible leadership and determination of the National Council of Canadian Tamils @ncctonline and Tamil youth who came together to organize a commemorative event to mark 16 years of the height of the Tamil genocide
