I was guilty of being the intellectual, the free spirit, the “introvert” and more not mentioned here in the video. I didn’t realize how much of my personality were trauma responses. again, none of this is about shame, blaming, criticizing, or attacking, it’s just simply highlighting the root of what drives us so that we can compassionately drop the trauma and survival responses and rise above to what’s truly authentic inside us without the fear. | Awakening With Brian
