Cargo winches use steam to operate, but when the plant is not functioning they operate on air. Today the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps celebrates its 59th anniversary. Sea Cadets was founded in 1962 to teach America’s youth the significance of maritime service in national defense while instilling a sense of pride and patriotism in our country.
