Comment “link” for my mussels arrabbiata recipe! If you’ve never made mussels … I hope you give them a go! Sooo inexpensive and easy to make! A lot of the time they come already cleaned but even if they do I always soak em and clean them. They should be closed when you buy them. If they aren’t they can still be good. Press together the shells and if the shell won’t close then toss em in the garbage because they’re dead. There’s a little nautical looking beard sometimes that peeps out the shell.
